Privacy

When you use the contact form we collect the name, work email, optional project reference, and project details you enter. We store these to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.

We do not store the IP address your request came from. It is used briefly to rate-limit submissions and is discarded within ten minutes; what we keep alongside your enquiry is a short one-way code derived from it, deliberately too coarse to identify anyone, which only tells us whether several submissions share an origin.

We do not sell this information, use it for marketing, or share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure that runs this site (Cloudflare). We keep enquiries as business records for twelve months, after which they are deleted automatically.
