Proving it, with the evidence to back it up
A product that hasn't been proven under test is still a prototype, no matter how far along it looks. QualForge exists to close that gap: turning a working design into a qualified, field-ready product with the evidence to back it up.
We build Built-In Test at every level — startup checks that catch problems before a unit leaves the bench, background monitoring that runs during normal operation, and continuous diagnostics for systems that can't afford to fail quietly. We develop ATP and DVT tooling so acceptance testing and design verification aren't improvised the week before a milestone. We design for test from the start when we're involved early, and retrofit test coverage into existing hardware when we're brought in later.
For safety-critical and regulated programs, QualForge handles the verification and certification side directly: coding standards and static analysis under MISRA C/C++, and development-process support for DO-178C and DO-254 environments, including the documentation and traceability those standards require. This is where BroadForge's avionics and defense background carries the most direct weight — we've lived inside DAL A development environments, not just read about them.
QualForge also covers manufacturing test development — the fixtures, scripts, and procedures that let a product be tested consistently on a production line rather than by hand.
What sets this apart from hiring a standalone test house: the same firm that helped build or troubleshoot the product is the one qualifying it. That means test coverage that reflects what the design actually needs to prove, not a generic checklist, and a qualification effort that starts from real knowledge of where a product is likely to fail.
